I bought these snacks and only realized afterward that the allergy info wasn’t clearly listed. i regret picking them up because that’s the kind of detail I really need to see right away. It just didn’t feel okay or safe for anyone dealing with allergies

I wanted to trust the site, but the product pages just don’t give you much to go on. Barely any info about ingredients, how to use it, or possible warnings... I ended up having to search other sites just to find basic stuff. If you have allergies, that’s not great.

My account works fine for the most part, so I can’t really complain too much. But whoever set up the account settings made it more confusing than it needs to be. I had to poke around just to update my info, and the order history wasn’t super easy to follow either. It’s not a huge deal, but it definitely feels like it could be smoother. For now it’s okay, just not great...

"Canceling my order was easier than I expected"
I ended up needing to cancel my order, and I was kind of expecting it to be a whole annoying process because cancellations usually are. But it actually went smoothly. I reached out to support, explained what I needed, and they got back to me fast enough that I wasn’t sitting around wondering if anyone had even seen my message. They took care of it without making me jump through a bunch of extra steps, which I really appreciated. It wasn’t absolutely perfect or anything, but for something I thought might be frustrating, it was painless overall.

Checkout didn’t really make the customs/tax fees clear at all, so I got hit with extra charges later and was like... wtf. Frustrating experience overall, ngl. I probably won’t order from here again

"Seemed promising, but the products didn’t feel fresh"
I ordered a couple of vitamins and some snacks from Naturitas, i was kind of hoping for a good experience because the selection looked decent enough. But when I opened one of the vitamin bottles, it had a weird smell and the capsules were all stuck together, almost like they’d been sitting somewhere too hot for too long.
The snack bars weren’t expired or anything, at least according to the dates, but they tasted stale and not fresh at all. I emailed customer service and they did eventually reply, so I guess that’s something, but it was slow and not especially helpful. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I’m not really tempted to order from them again.

"Poor packaging compared to others"
My package showed up crushed and half open, with the items just loose inside. It looked like it was thrown together without much care. I’ve ordered similar stuff from other companies before, and their packaging was way more secure, so this was disappointing. Not happy with this delivery at all

"Customer service helped, but the wait wasn’t ideal"
I ordered from naturitas.us and ended up needing to reach out to customer service for an update on my package. They did get back to me and gave me the information I needed, so it worked out in the end. That said, the response took a little longer than I would’ve liked, especially when you’re already waiting on a delivery and not sure what’s happening. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just a bit slow for that situation. I’d consider ordering again, but I’d definitely hope for quicker replies next time.

"Coupon worked, but checkout could be smoother"
I used a coupon on Naturitas and it did take the discount off, so that was good. It took me a couple tries to find where to enter the code though, since the box was easy to miss.
Anyway... my order went through fine in the end, but the site felt a little slow and I wasn’t totally sure the coupon had applied until the last step. Not a bad experience overall, just a bit messier than it needed to be.

"Delivery turned into a whole guessing game"
I ordered from naturitas.us, the delivery part was a mess. The tracking just kind of sat there doing nothing, then suddenly the package showed up way later than what was originally shown. Not the end of the world, I guess, but I kept having to check it myself like I was managing the shipment. Customer service did reply, but it was mostly basic stuff and not an actual update. The products might be fine, but if I needed something by a certain date, I definitely wouldn’t risk ordering again
